They dont have an actual office and only do call ins. That's very strange when you should be able to book a face to face meeting with the discussion on designs that is super sensitive. It makes you question what's their intentions...

I'm a realtor with ONE Sotheby's. My client had selected Francisco León de la Barra to close our condo transaction. Francisco has very poor communication skills and was only interested in speaking when there was an opportunity for him to make more money. He did not take into account the fact that I provided him business and food on his table and he lacked the decency to respond to any of my emails or calls. It was only until I told him I would be posting a public negative review that he goes on and call me 5+ times. He is only interested in himself and I will not let him get away with being unprofessional, self serving, unappreciative and greedy. If this is the culture at EPGD I would avoid this firm at all costs.
