Lack of responsiveness and communication in some cases
“In over 6 months, never saw a draft document nor a monthly itemize scope of work or hours billed. The case solved outside of the court eventually between my son's mother and I but not even once did I see any documents (draft proposal) that Mr. West was suppose to be working.”
