In almost three years I have NEVER received an update from the firm unless I made contact. I’m not naïve, I know this can take years to settle but I agreed to a settlement in November. I never received paperwork until I called to follow up in January. I was not told that the attorney who was working on my case was no longer with the firm. Instead, I was told by Charlie Mustell that “AK” had previously sent me releases to sign TWICE—which was untrue. I certainly would have signed them to be finished with this all. I think he was just covering up for the fact that “AK” was no longer there, and nobody followed up on his caseload. As confirmed by Charlie, they received the signed releases on January 16, 2024. On January 17 Charlie sent me an email stating that he would send me a closing statement. On January 25 I sent an email following up to see if the closing statement had been prepared. No response from Charlie. On February 1st, after leaving a message with his office, I received an email stating that he hoped to send me the closing statement on the 2nd. Today is February 11 and I still have not received anything. I’m not asking for my payment, I’m asking for the closing statement and responses to my emails. I just feel that if I had not called, this case would still be on going.

I really enjoyed my experience. These guys fought tooth and nail for my case. Always answered when I needed them and responded quickly to any of my questions and needs! 2 and 1/2 years of good work for a beneficial outcome.
