Going through any legal case is a very difficult thing to endure for yourself as well as those you love. For me BT Law has gone above what I consider partnering with someone through a legal matter should look and feel like. From the beginning both Jason Berkowitz and Anisley Tarragona took everything I had to say seriously as well as fully listened to me and my experience. Living through a very personal and difficult time is hard enough but having to go through it over and over again can really make getting past something very difficult. We got in contact with Liz for our surrogacy project. As a french gay couple living in France it was key for us to have a good US lawyer as the administrative process to respect for getting all the required documents (birth certificate, adoption order) is quite complex and stressful. Liz not only handled everything very professionally but she also advised us when we faced some issues with our fertility clinic and the hospital. Our communication has always been very easy and warm and she made us feel absolutely on good hands from the very right beginning. Today we are officially both fathers of a little boy and nothing could have happened without her.
