Not their client and I'm glad I'm not. I got served with my divorced about 2.5 months ago or even longer. As soon as I saw that they had my last name wrong I called this office to let them know, they told me they were going to file my divorce with the correct last name. It's been more than 2 months and nothing. Decided to call last weekend, left a voicemail to please call me back with an update. After 5 business days of leaving the voicemail I decided to give them a call . Their receptionist, totally rude, talking to me like of she was doing me a favor. My ex husband is paying for this process what a horrible office and on top of that she hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. I hope it doesn't take you guys another 3 months before I call you to remind you on what supposed to be your job. Update: After that rude incident where the person who I spoke hung up the phone on me, I called back and left a message for Medina to call me, which he did right away. By the way (I had already posted this review) Needless to say he was worried more about the review than anything else. I told him I would revise my review letting everyone know he called me back and provided me with an update which this is what I was looking for when I left the voicemail and when I then took time to call them back 5 days after not hearing from them And Mr Medina to answer your question, yes I do expect a little more respect from a lawyer working at your office, every single person represents you and your office. I'm sure if the lawyer that answered me the phone was talking to a judge your lawyer wouldn't have never hung up the phone on them like she did to me. If I was her client would she had hung up on me? And again, the phone did not disconnect, I heard how she threw the phone. Thank you for the call back and I hope I get my divorce soon.
