Most attorneys are essentially robots. Ben actually has a heart but keeps appropriate boundaries, a tough balance for attorneys to handle which few master. Good mental attitude which is the key to endure the profession.

Atty Benjamin Lucas is the person you want representing you! He represented me on my personal injury claim and I was very pleased with the efficiency of him and his office staff. My case started August 22, 2017 and closed out on Nov 29, 2017, which is areal quick turn around. Ben is very persistent! I was wrongfully arrested and the State Attorney did not want to dismiss my case. Ben filed a motion and kept going to court until they realized they needed to dismiss it. Now I can get on with my life. Thank you Ben

I was injured when a condo pool deck collapsed. Other lawyers did not want to take my case, but Ben took the time to listen to my concerns and agreed to represent me.
Sadly, the Insurance Company denied liability and said it was not their fault.
Ben filed suit and got the insurance company to take responsibility, and as a result I received a great settlement.
Ben was very responsive and always kept me informed on how my case was progressing. I highly recommend him for any personal injury case.
