Mr Steinbaum represented me in a car accident a year ago. Even though it was not an easy case, she won it, and got me more than I was expecting- it was a great relieve to have her because my husband and I were super stressed and she was always guiding us throughout the way. One year ago she took my case. Never responded personally. I just found out through a receptionist my case was submitted (June) without my knowledge and received claim denial. She never submitted my witness or videos of what happens there (point of injury). What does it sound like to you.? She demanded beaucoup money way more than the case was worth and now I am a victim. As one who was injured and went through a lot of treatment, Sarah was there from day one with her wonderful staff and we hired her to represent us against a really large corporation. She hung in there through mediation, law suit, settlement offers that began at the verge of silly and wound up being fair, straight forward and very much helpful.
