So we used Mr. Perez Roura when we purchased our home recently and what a great overall experience. Super nice guy. He never rushed us for anything. Explained everything in detail. He was always available. Just dealing with him made everything seem so simple and easy. And no HASSLE!! Just so smooth. If you are in need give him a call. I promise you won't go wrong. My expectations of a legal professional are somewhat elevated, myself being lawyer, with over 15 years experience handling complex matters for a global companies, and hiring counsel in all specialties for advise. I expect a lawyer 1) to not create unnecessary work 2) weight the risk factors and issue pragmatic advice, and 3) deliver quality output. This is hard to come by and invaluable. Yet, Pedro provides this type of legal service to his clients. He represented us on a real estate litigation matter and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He was able to assess the issue quickly, and without over complicating the matter (like the other attorneys interviewed). He demonstrated what a truly effective lawyer he is, being handed an unreasonably tight time window, and still being able to walk away with the results we wanted. I’d recommend him over and over again for his capabilities and broad scope expertise.
