From my first meeting, Mr. Vinas, Mr. DeLuca and their staff were all professional, compassionate and thorough. I felt fully supported and heard throughout the entire process. At no moment did I feel any pressure to make any decisions except the ones I felt were in my best interest. They were always readily available and extremely responsive.
