Occasional dissatisfaction with settlement amounts
“The most that you could obtain for me was $10,467? (after deductions.) What I do know was I haven't visited a doctor for my shoulder before the accident, haven't worked in 15 years, don't receive disability, never sued anybody in my life and haven't been in a gym in ove”

Perceived bias towards favoring insurance companies
“He later informed me that if he did take it to trial it would be at least another year of waiting, the judge would most likely reduce the reward, what I had was most likely a pre-existing injury or due to my age,(52 y.o.), not much damage to my vehicle, ($6k), not primary holder on insurance policy, ( I'm listed insured under my daughters insurance policy, her vehicle), Insurance purchased out of state, ( purchased here in Florida, since vehicle is registered here in Florida, {Geico], didn't have enough time at physical therapy, etc. the list goes on. Made me feel like I was trying to defraud the insurance company or didn't believe my story.”
