Precise and detailed in her requirements -- she made my job considerably easier. No need to resend paperwork, ask for clarification or have to keep asking if specific tasks demanded by the transaction had been completed. I was always kept updated. Equally important my client , an elderly person, to whom I had recommended Mrs. Fuhrman was pleased to have been treated with patience and courtesy.

We had an issue with the DBPR and contacted Mrs. Fuhrman for her assistance. We may have been in jeopardy of losing our license on a technicality. Ms. Fuhrman did an amazing job of combing through years of our licensing details, contacting all the right people and constantly following up with us and with the DBPR. Florida Department of State and all the other entities that were required to have the issues dismissed. We would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her. We are very grateful for the dedication and service she provided to us.
