Cristina was very thorough in her dealings with this file which was a FannieMae foreclosure by keeping all bankers, realtors, the home owners association and opposing counsel well informed and meeting all of our deadlines in a timely manner. Of all the real estate transactions I've handled in the last 14 years, this last one was one of the most difficult. It was for the sale of my late mother's home. Needless to say, it was a bittersweet sale. I wasn't sure how to deal with it, but I can say with certainty that I'm glad I chose Cristina to handle the closing.
