Working with David was a positive experience. He gave me his expectations in the beginning about how this would go, and then he exceeded those expections. He fought very hard for me. He never eased up against the insurance company. He was easy going with me, but to them he was like a pit bull. He got a hold of them and would not let go. If you want a great outcome against the insurance company in your Defense Base Act case, you better go with David Pacheco and the law firm of Gillis, Mermell & Pacheco, or you are selling yourself short.

From the start, David Pacheco was always diligent in meeting my needs. My Defense Base Act lawyer David Pacheco was amazing. He was there whenever I needed him 24/7. It didn’t matter, he was always there for me. He always answered my questions. Very respectful, kind and nice. I highly recommend David Pacheco for any defense base act case. He will fight for you tooth and nail until you are satisfied. Being injured overseas was not easy, but working with David made it less cumbersome.
