Over the phone, Mr. Glickman was helpful in advising me on the options I had regarding the situation I was dealing with. He was friendly, patient, but to the point in the two or three verbal conversations I had with him on the topic of power of attorney vs. guardianship. After I decided a course of action based on these informal consultations, I hired Mr. Glickman to see through the removal of a guest who had overstayed their visit at my mother's house. Because of Mr. Glickman's negotiations with the guest's attorney, we avoided a potentially lengthy and costly ejectment suit and managed to reclaim the house. Attorney Glickman is a highly intelligent, knowledgeable but highly compassionate individual. He took my case in a time of great need as I am 70 years of age and have been afflicted by very serious medical issues that have nearly cost me my life in recent years. The treatments and recuperation have been time consuming on me. I had another attorney before Mr. Glickman as in the areas of probate and trust and they were not very convincing at all and did not show the compassion nor the intellect of the matter he has exhibited to me.
