Joesph M. Dobkin is a man of strength and resilience! For the past two years, I have been blessed to call him a friend. Challenges have fell on his lap, and many in his shoes would have quit. In Mr. Dobkin's case, it would make sense. But, that's not him!! He got up and went to work.Why? Because, he loves his work, and the people that he is trying to help.
