I requested Mr Dobkin’s services for a correction of my property’s legal description in my quitclaim deed after divorce. It was required for the Miami- Dade property appraiser’s office to file it with the county recorder. Mr Dobkin’s assistant, Patty, is fabulous; she convinced them with time and effort and showing my divorce documents, to change the property solely to my name.
