I was very pleased with the work of Mr. Panter in handling my case. From the very beginning, he sat down with me and explained the case to me, and how the judicial system works. He explained to me all the legal fees involved, his expenses, and the expected costs to carry out my case. There was total transparency on his firm. Mr. Panter explained to me the case, made sure understood all the issues, before obtaining consent to proceed with the case. He educated me on his education, training and experience, and his experience in treating cases similar to mine. He was easily available, and would return calls promptly, if he was busy. Mr. Panter's office handled my case from beginning to end. and I was very pleased with his office staff. He always kept me informed on how the various legal expenses would be paid. He always kept me informed on future litigation costs and always made an effort to minimize those expenses. He helped me make informed decisions about my case. Mr. Panter always kept me appraised of how the case was progressing, and the possibilities of going to trial vs. obtaining a settlement. Mr. Panter always made sure to safeguard information regarding my case that if divulged could potentially be detrimental to my case. He made sure that no conflicts of interest or of litigation would exist that could affect my case. Overall, I was very pleased with his professionalism, his integrity, the handling of the case, and the high caliber of the office staff.

Accidents happen… Everything seems in slow-motion except for pain. Injuries require attention. When possible, breathing and clear-headed thinking are necessary.
