I called this firm inquiring about how to get perjured court documents regarding medical history corrected and I spoke on the phone briefly with Mitchell Panter, the senior partner of this firm, and was treated with a very rude and condescending attitude. He wouldn't allow me to tell him any of the particulars of my case before dismissing me and telling me that anyone who would take my case is just taking my money and is unethical and he is saying this without allowing me to fully share the particulars of the situation beyond that it happened outside the supposed statute of limitations for a lawsuit. He also said some things that I found insulting about me personally for no reason I can fathom. I felt that this attitude was unwarranted and unprofessional and his behavior was honestly shocking so accordingly I can't recommend him or his firm on the basis of my experience.

What a comforting experience! Mr. Sampedro was very thorough and extremely professional. He took our case when no attorney would and was able to negotiate an amazing settlement on our behalf. His wonderful reputation is well deserved!

Terrible experience with this firm, starting with the receptionist horrible attitude extremely rude not helpful at all I would not recommend this firm save yourself your time and look for a firm where the staff is friendly and willing to help you in a kind compassionate manner.
