I had a wonderful experience with Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A. Brett and Mitch Panter and Sara Giro always kept me informed of what was going on. They made sure I fully understood all aspects of my claim/case. I could not only email back and forth with them, I could also text back and forth. I always felt they were only a call, text or email away. They listened to all my concerns and made me feel at ease in my time of need. They worked closely with all the parties involved. I alway recommend them when anybody ask. When you are not feeling good and you are in pain it’s great to have them on your side fighting for you.

We suffered a very traumatic car accident that wasn't our fault. We went through so much dealing with the loss of the car accident, but David was with us every step of the way. He gave us the guidance and wisdom we needed during a time when we felt so vulnerable and lost. His legal team (Elizabeth and Yashley) were superb in helping us with the details and paperwork involved in a legal case. It's a lot of paperwork, so you need a professional to help you through it. I feel so grateful to David and his team for helping us get past this car accident and put it behind us. It was a very difficult experience, but we were in the right hands. David and his team were professional, caring, and diligent. They were always responsive and led us in the right direction to begin the healing process that comes after a car accident. Everyone said wonderful things about them: When we were at the chiropractor's office, they told us to not worry about anything because we were with one of the best lawyers in Miami. And they were right. This experience made everything better and helped me with the healing process. If it wasn't for their help, I wouldn't be where I am right now, and I feel I'm in a much better place. I am still dealing with trauma, but with the help I've received, I am doing much better than I was a year ago, and I feel more optimistic about my future.
