Updated review: After this review was posted the firm was made aware of our unfortunate process dealing with their prior partner, Mark Hart. That attorney no longer works there and left mid-case leaving us in the dark. Gabriel Mazzitelli & Carlos Jimenez took over our case. Even though we won’t get back all the time wasted, they did make a world of a difference handling everything with us. It was a night and day experience dealing with Gabriel, Carlos & Alexa compared to the previous involvement we were having. They are extremely professional, educated and on top of everything that needs to get done. I didn’t have to call or chase them around asking for answers or guidance. They would constantly email and call with any updates or information. Everything was explained thoroughly and we felt like we were finally in the right hands. I truly wish our initial experience was different and we could have had Gabriel on the case from the beginning. It would have been easy sailing from the start. Nonetheless, I would like to give a huge thank you to the Jimenez Mazzitelli Mordes firm for taking matters into their own hands and turning this entire experience around. They have completely regained our trust and deserve 5 stars for the outstanding lawyers they are. Thank you again for caring for my family. In the end all you want is for someone to have your best interest and I can guarantee that you will find that with them. Our 0 star review still stands for Mark Hart. The worst attorneys I have ever encountered. Mark Hart has been incredibly incompetent throughout the entire process. He does not care about his clients and I have to be after him to get anything done. I WILL never make this mistake again. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you go with another attorney office before you waste 3+ years with this firm. WE STILL HAVE NO RESULTS!!!!!!

Mr. Mazzitelli worked on my car accident case for almost two years and it just recently came to a close. These past two years working with Mr. Mazzitelli have been nothing less of enjoyable. He was always easy to reach, talk to, and he was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had the best possible outcome! I had never gone through a process like this before and he was always so kind and willing to write out and explain each part of the process so I knew exactly what was going on with my case.
