Not a positive attempt at scheduling a consultation. Phone rang several times before clicking over to what sounded like an answering service. When I asked for clarification, a very uppity girl, who (amusingly) lacked finesse, answered without stating the name of the law firm or otherwise. I could have been dialing a taco stand for all I knew. I inquired about the process and what I should set my expectations to in terms of a call back, and was informed by Evilyn that that was not possible. Perhaps we're having a misunderstanding? I asked again and offered an example, "Can you advise a window of time, say 3, or 5 business days, by which I should expect a call back?" The response was a curt, "No ma'am." I need an available and sympathetic attorney /. law office for something so financially and emotionally important as is probate law. I will not be moving foward with Cass & Ramos, LLC. (Highlight LLC).

I usually do not do reviews, but I wanted to do this because it was such a great experience having Mr. Ramirez representing me. Very objective, explained in detailed the different steps, did all the work while keeping me posted and the outcome was exactly as he described. Mr Ramirez did an outstanding job litigating my low balling insurance company. Guys don't for a second think your insurance company has your best intrest in mind, they scheme and maneuver into paying you as little as possible.
