Not only has Attorney Zientz been a very competent adversary, he has also handled several workers' compensation appellate cases in the State of Florida, which have shaped the workers' compensation practice for the entire Bar. Attorney Zientz is intelligent, forthright and an excellent advocate for his clients.

Attorney Zientz began working on a workers' comp/personal injury case regarding my husband's death in Tallahassee,FL. He was very responsive in gathering the proper documentation to forward to the proper legal firms to handle the case. He followed through with workers' comp in NC (state of residence), working closely with a NC attorney, so that I was able to pursue the lawsuit in Tallahassee.

There aren't enough words to praise Mr Zientz. He is pro-women, pro employee and more. Mr Zientz is a leader in his field and trying to reformed workman's compensation laws in Florida on behalf of laborers/ workers to bring justice and protection for those who get hurt in their jobs. He is very ethical and exudes confidence from the moment he shakes hands with you. I admire and respect him and consider myself very fortunate to have him as my attorney.

Mark has been a very knowledgeable lawyer for me and my husband. It is difficult for him to do my case because I live in Montana and my W/C case is in Florida. When I learned how to email him, it has been easier to communicate with him.
