He ran my retainer down to nothing on emails alone. During child custody trial he did not speak up or attempt to dispute any of the non sense said by the guardian. He charged me 320 an hour and was not prepared for trial. He conducts himself very Unprofessionally by how he speak to you. He Is very happy to collect payment for answering emails and making motions but for trial he went belly up. It was embarrassing. I wish I had someone else.. anyone else.

Very nice place to work. Mr. Jones is a good leader, and he is always caring about the team and clients. His priority is to provide nice service to all the clients, being polite, empathic, and diligent with the cases. I really recommend this law firm if you are looking for a place to grow all your skills.

On March 29, 2021, I was involved in a car accident. A driver had run the red light and hit my vehicle nearly head on. That night I contacted Josh Jones Law firm and left a message. The next day Mr. Jones contacted me. I’m insured with GEICO. The guy who hit me had United Automobile Insurance. I had never heard of it. Mr. Jones informed me that we would go through my insurance and let them deal with his insurance. Mr. Jones called Geico and they towed my car to the dealership and they got me a rental car. Geico later deemed that my car was totaled. When Geico assessed that the value of my fully loaded 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 with only 56,000 miles was $16,000, Mr. Jones disputed their assessment and sent them proof that cars similar to mine had a higher value. Geico reassessed the value of my car as $20,500!! Without Mr. Jones assistance, I wouldn’t have received what my car was worth. It was truly a joy to have Josh Jones Law on my side. Because of Mr. Jones, I received $4,500 more on my assessment. Here’s to a 5 Star Salute!!!
