Ellos llevaron el caso de mi primo y para mi son poco profesional, en mi opinión solo le interesa cobrar y no tu caso, te mantiene en el aire y tienes que pedirle las cosas varias veces para que las haga .No chequea el estatus del caso regularmente, lo hace solamente en las citas y procesos que ya estaban, nos enterabamos solamente cuando sacabamos citas. They took my cousin's case and for me they are unprofessional, in my opinion he is only interested in charging and not your case, he keeps you in the air and you have to ask him for things several times so that he can do them. He does not check the status of the case regularly, he does it only in the appointments and processes that were already there, we only found out when we made appointments.

The office has over exceeded my expectations in every way. They all are very responsive and respectful as if I was family. Great experience and will definitely refer in the future!
