Absolutely the best! My Jeep got hit and after being in pain all night, I went to urgent care the next day to get checked out. It was later discovered that I have a herniated disc. The other persons insurance company tried to get me to quickly sign documents, after they offered me $3k. I decided to get an attorney and Ralph came highly recommended. He got me setup for physical therapy and took me step by step through the process. After going through treatment for a month, my Jeep was hit AGAIN! (Miami 🙃). Ralph told me not to worry and that he would take care of the bills, he wanted me to just focus on continuing treatment and getting better. I never once thought about the bills or worried about not getting treatment. Ralph truly made me feel like he cared about my case and my well-being. Ralph ended up getting the max payout from the insurance company. That $3k turned into $50k! Everyone in his office is friendly and caring. Jennifer is the best!
