Wow Martha and her team (Isabel) were on top of their game dealing with a very difficult closing with owners in multiple states. They took the challenges in stride and helped our client realize their goals. Five stars is not enough for effort and caring attitude of this team!! Thank you Martha!

Great place to work. Relaxed environment. The quality of people is better then the quantity, and Pozo-Diaz & Pozo has that in spades.

I was a client of the firm for many years and was quite proud of their work. Their strategy toward resolution of matters saved my Company tremendously. They responded quickly when events occurred that likely required representation and arrived on scene when requested - even in the middle of the night.
I was fortunate to join the firm and assist with building infrastructure to address the significant growth in staff a few years ago. We implemented a variety of programs, updated policy manuals and addressed an increase of employee needs as they arose. We developed a Mission/Vision and brought the team together to discuss our strategies.
This change (like most change) moved us further in the direction of our strategies and resulted in people joining the firm and others choosing a different direction.
In the book Good to Great, Jim Collins uses the example of a workplace being like people hopping aboard for a bus ride to City A (an example of the Company's Goal). Over time the destination may change to City B or City C - and when that occurs folks decide whether they want to continue in that direction or hop off and let the bus continue without them. Others may see where the bus is headed and jump aboard.
That illustrative example always reminds me of how people react to change. It's nether good nor bad if you stay or go - just that the firm continue to achieve its Mission and Vision.
We were fortunate to bring aboard a CFO who assumed responsibility for day to day management of the office. A highly qualified individual who assumed the reigns for execution of the direction and achievements of the firm. Implementing software solutions, guiding the firm through the intricacies' of adapting to changes forced by Covid - 19 and handling issues that arise each day. She also helped us align staff with our needs.
I truly appreciate my long time association with the firm and its Founder Jaime Pozo and the many talented attorneys who provide astute counsel. Of course the paralegals carry most of the load and do that superbly. Finally, the great staff members that I worked beside each day are amazing and work tirelessly.
Overall, a fun place to work! Especially for those with necessary talent to advance the causes of the firms clients. And, for those interested in the journey to get to City A, B, C...

I started my legal career working at Pozo-Diaz and Pozo, P.A. I am now finishing my studies and have learned so much from working here. Working with the senior attorneys has given me knowledge and hands on experience that have helped me to understand and appreciate the law. This is a great place to work! My favorite thing about working for PDP is that the staff (paralegals, secretaries, CFO, Accounting Team, etc.) works well with each other and if there is ever a bump in the road they work harder to make sure we move forward! I look forward to continuing working at PDP as an attorney!

This firm's work environment exudes the text book definition of micro-management that prevents effective, creative and efficient representation of clients. Managing attorneys in Miami and Jax constantly lie to keep you temporarily hopeful of positive change, only to find out later there was no plan for change. Instead, more red tape, internal guidelines and roadblocks to efficiency are created. Rinse and repeat.
Talented attorneys and staff who have other options have left in droves. Toxic work environment. Don't apply. You will be looking elsewhere in a few short months.
