This office was representing my mom, she's been calling to get a status on her case for over a month now and all they tell her is someone will call her back. She received a letter in the mail yesterday stating they will no longer represent her without any reasons listed on the letter. When she called today, the girl who answered the phone was very rude telling her the letter should have the reason. My mom kept telling her it didn't, she went ahead to tell my mom someone will call her back, it could be today, tomorrow or whenever. The girl was very rude towards my mom and wouldn't even let my mom talk or express her concern with the letter she received. I do not recommend this office to anyone. They seemed very interested at first because of the opportunity they saw, now they are unresponsive and rude.

Good customer service. Very nice lawyer with knowledge and excellent prices.

Sandra was very helpful, was pretty much the only way I was getting my answers to my case. Arturo is terrible at his job doesn’t care about the accidents his clients get into. He just cares of getting you as his client, signing papers and ofcourse his money, after that you get no type of communication with him. He never answers your calls. Wasted my time, and add to to fact I was pregnant at the time and at the end of the day nothing was solved for me. Definitely do not recommend this place nor Arturo.

Excellent service and really good customer service

I’m 68,almost 69 years of age and I’ve had a bad experience with Ruben Pradron. I hate to be mean but this must be said. I called a man named Antonio regarding my car accident recently and I couldn’t hear him. He was so upset that he snapped on me. I apologized and began to tell him my information and story. He called me slow, deaf and so many other insults. Again, I’m sorry to be hateful, but this needs to be heard. I am a senior citizen and I feel like I should’ve been treated with patience. Thank. You.
