Grisel Morales is a very detail oriented attorney. Her firm works with my office in collecting monies from unit owners who fail to pay their condominium maintenance on time. She works with the unit owner , and charges reasonable fees to the owner and the condominium. She reviews foreclosures and makes sure all paperwork is filed by the bank before issuing an estoppel to ensure the condominium is collecting the correct amount due. She is on top of re-filing liens, and filing appropriate paper work due for bankruptcies and all other legal matters required. She also sends the monies received by her office to the condominium on time and does not keep it in escrow for months like other attorneys who offer condominium representation do.
