Unfortunately, as I read through these reviews and all i read is good ones I am very disappointed I did not get the same outcome/ experience. I must say they were very nice and professional when we spoke to them. We hired them to fight a speeding ticket, got proof that we were NOT going the speed limit that was on ticket the officer said, I sent the proof to the attorney. It was verified they got the document, 1 or 2 days before the hearing I called to check that everything was good to go we were told yes. After the hearing we were emailed documents that stated we have to pay $400 court fees and 12 hours of traffic school. We called and asked why this outcome if we had proof we were told the attorney forgot the document in his office and was not presented to the judge. The $400 court fees were not in fact for the court like they stated in email (as called to pay over the phone since I had no choice), I was told that the was the fine for the ticket for speeding. I was not offered a refund of any kind since attorney did not do his job. *I paid $400 upfront to take case

Por la parte dé multas y casos Tránsito . Ya no están haciendo un buen trabajo . Te cobran y no te llaman para informarte del caso y no terminan su trabajo muy pocos profesionales. Antes trabajaban mejor . Ahora les digo que tengan cuidado . Te cobran cantidad y no resuelven tu caso completo. Alex Hanna nunca se entrevista con el cliente pésimo servicio
