My case was dismissed! The Alex and Hannah representatives Milly was super helpful and informative out the gate. They speak both Spanish and English in case you have a preference. I ended up having to call back later that week to make my payment and Milly had given me her extension to which she was super pleasant and quick. That following day her colleague sent me a follow up email with everything that was gonna take place and all the documents I needed to sign. Within the email they give you clear instructions on where to sign and they will take care of the rest. I was given updates up until the date of my court date and even though I didn’t have to attend they still followed up after the court date and emailed me my final disposition with a congratulations! Going forward for all my legal needs I will be choosing Alex and Hannah thank you !
