I contacted Ferrer Shane to handle a traffic ticket for me when it was set so quickly I could not change my schedule to attend hearing. Initially, I was just looking for someone to appear on my behalf and fully expected to receive a fine. To my surprise, Ferrer Shane exceeded my expectations and got the ticket dismissed completely!! I give this firm my highest recommendation for its professionalism and results!

I'm not recommended the service of this lawyer. After 4 months of my traffic citation, at the end , I must to pay my ticket. The last communication that I received was in July. No news until September 16th from the office. It take a long time. No clear communication. I'm really disappointed. Never again. I lost the money and patience.

No les recomiendo esta firma de abogados a nadie. Solo saben cobrar dinero y ni explicacion de satisfaccion le dan a sus clientes. Realmente no creo que se enfrenten a ningun jues en corte solo es una pantalla para llenar sus bolsillos. En realidad nunca logras hablar con el famoso abogado ferrer. Para mi que ni existe. Solo te atienden costomers services que repiten como papagayos lo que ven en la computadora y cuando pides hablar con el nunca esta. Pesima firma . cuando tengan akgun problema legal si quieren tener resultados positivos alejense de esta fiem ferrer law.

My husband and I used this law firm 4 -5years ago for a foreclosure / bankruptcy case. We were not represented or treated well. The secretary at that time was the worst to deal with.truly horrible. I see the firm has not changed. My situation was never resolved. The monthly fee was very expensive. After almost a year or more with just paying and the Secretary telling me that we should be glad that they took the case in the first place. Needles to say we found a new law firm and are happy to say that we are still in our home with just under one year of completely paying it off. There is no doubt in my mind that as soon as the money ran out we were going to be dropped on the spot. Never mind the slogan "people matter". I will never use this firm for any legal matter or refer them to anyone even my worst enemy.
