I am not sure where to begin. The process I have had with Ferrer Shane has been absolutely horrible. They lack of professionalism and the attitude they give me anytime I ask for an update over the 9 month period in which my situation dragged on for has been unacceptable. Not 1 time was given an update on my case and the only time they called me was at 7pm the night before I was supposed to be in court for an appearance I had no knowledge of. Carlos Gonzalez never returned one of the 10 calls I had to make to him over a 9 month period. Katia Nunez flat out ignored my update request and the man assistant even went so far as to put me on hold to never come back to the call. It has been such a frustrating process using this firm, if you have a ticket that could get tricky this is not the company to hire. Don't waste your time as they do not care about you nor do they respect there clients.

These guys are the best, if you get a ticket call them. No points, no court cost no school...

I RECEIVED A TRAFFIC CITATION FROM A STATE TROOPER ON 11/06/2016 DOING 80MPH IN A 65MPH ZONE. THE TROOPER WAS INCORRECT ON THE SPEED LIMIT IT WAS ACTUALLY 70MPH AFTER BEING TOLD THIS I TURNED BACK AROUND AND LOOKED AT THE SIGN I PAST RIGHT BEFORE REACHING THE TROOPER AND WHERE I WAS STOPPED BOTH SIGNS CLEARLY STATED 70MPH.. I CALLED FERRER & SHANE'S LAW FIRM AND HIRED THEM WITCH TURNED OUT TO BE A HUGE MISTAKE AFTER I RECEIVED THE SENTENCE. I WAS TOLD BY THEM THEY WOULD GET IT DISMISSED ON THE BASIS ALONE THAT SHE HAD MISWROTE THE SPEED LIMIT ON THE TICKET. AND AT THE VERY LEAST IF THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THEY WOULD GET POINTS AND DRIVING SCHOOL WITHHELD NO PROBLEM AT ALL THEY CLAIMED.. WELL THE OPPOSITE HAPPENED NOT ONLY DID THE JUDGE GIVE ME DRIVING SCHOOL BUT HE ALSO ADDED THE POINTS TO MY DRIVER'S LICENSE AND UPPED THE FINE THAT WAS ORIGINALLY $255.00 TO $400.00 AND COURT COST AT $90.00 DOLLARS.. AND THEY WERE TO SCARED TO GO APPEAL IT FOR ME. THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK AND OFFERED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE OF THE FINE.. BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT I WANTED BUT SENSE THEY WERE TO SCARED TO APPEAL MY CASE I TOOK THERE OFFER. BUT THEY TALK A GOOD GAME ON THE PHONE ABOUT HOW THEY CAN GET IT DISMISSED BUT IN THE COURT ROOM THEY CRUMBLE AND DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY CLAIM THEY COULD DO.. I'M SO TIRED OF LAWYERS WHO CLAIM THAT THERE THE BEST, WHEN IN FACT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING THEY CLAIM.. MY OPINION AND ADVICE DO NOT HIRE FERRER AND SHANE THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME. THEY TALK A VERY GOOD GAME ON THE PHONE BUT CANNOT BACK UP WHAT THEY CLAIM IN THE COURT ROOM AND THEY WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE MONEY THAN IF YOU HAD JUST PAID IT YOUR SELF.. SINCERELY STEVE

I was told my expungement process would take 4 - 6 months tops. The entire episode took over 10 months. I only spoke with my lawyer once. Every time I called after that I was working with a paralegal who time and time again gave me misinformation about the status of my case and misinformation about the estimated time remaining before the process would be over. I understand that much of this depends on waiting for the state courts and law enforcement agencies to process the motion to expunge my record, and send the proper information. The estimated time was so far off that I feel as if I was lied to upfront so that I would choose this firm to handle my case. I would not recommend them to anyone for this dishonest tactic of luring in people that are in need.

I picked this agency because of the awesome reviews. I had my license suspended due to an unpaid red light camera ticket and needed to wait for a motion to be signed in order to have my license reinstated. I was a little frustrated in the beginning, however the office reached out to me and reassured everything would be resolved quickly. Ferrer Shane's office made sure that I was happy and discussed with me what they have done to retify my situation as quickly as possible. I can truly see why they have such awesome reviews! They go above and beyond to make sure they provide amazing service!

Mr. Enrique Ferrer was very attentive and he answered all of my questions very fast thru out the process! Mr. Carlos Gonzalez also handled my case and I was very pleased and happy with the outcome! While I know there are never any guarantees, I could not be more pleased and satisfied with my experience with Ferrer Shane. Everyone is always extremely courteous,but more important, these guys are good. Would not even think of going to anyone else should I have a need for such legal services in the future.
