Got off my ticket no problem

I have used and recommended this firm for years now for the occasional traffic citation (I have been good for a few years, don't want to jinx myself) but this time around I needed them for a Real Estate purchase. Most people do not realize how many obstacles you will need to overcome during a normal purchase and in this case a Foreclosure. The best analogy I can think of is the team here operated like a quarterback of the entire team. Every step of the way after the offer was accepted Ferrer Shane (specifically Enrique & Eric) went above and beyond to make this happen. We came across a title issue the seller was ready to give up on (which would mean us losing the property) they did not let that happen. They were able to use their contacts and experience to figure out how to resolve this and then more importantly deal with all the personaltities (believe me there are many) on both ends to put this together. It was a long and frustrating process but I can gladly say they along with my realtor got the deal done. I can say without a doubt if you find a property you want to see yourself or your family in then use this firm. Someone else should never be the reason you do not get your dream home and that is probably the biggest lesson I learned on this, my second time around. Thank you Ferrer Shane and the entire team.
