Jonathan is extremely easy to deal with. He will tell you if the car is eligible within the first two minutes of the call. No money upfront. Client only pays if the car is returned as a lemon. Very responsive communication. Everything done online, I never even had to go to see a notary public. Other places wanted me to fill out 20 pages of nonsense and run errands for them. All he needs is your invoices after a short call and to docusign one document. Easy! I got my money back and got rid of that junk EV (yup that famous brand with the ego driven CEO on top) in a matter of weeks.
