About me - I work for a big company that ranks in the top 10 of Forbes' Fortune 500 list - My STEM OPT work authorization was expiring (in ~1 month) - My EB-2 NIW petition was approved at the last minute - I needed someone to help me file an adjustment of status.... FAST - I couldn't afford to lose my job while waiting for authorization My case - My company lawyer and previous personal lawyer told me it would take 3-6 weeks just to file the adjustment of status application - Standard processing times for employment authorization applications were also very high (~6 months) - I contacted Sandy looking for information on what my options were, because she has extensive knowledge on very difficult immigration cases - In less than 2 weeks, Sandy was able to take over my case and successfully file: * i-485 application (adjustment of status) * i-765 application (employment authorization) * i-131 application (advanced parole) Case outcome - My applications were all successfully filed within less than 2 weeks + Sandy took all the documentation from my previous lawyer + She and her team worked with me to fill out all required forms everything I needed + I was traveling and we were still able to complete all forms virtually with no issues - Sandy was able to help me get approval for an expedited work authorization request as well as advanced parole for travel + She walked me through what letters I needed from my company + She also helped me contact my local congress representative + My request to expedite was approved + I had my work authorization in hand 2 months after filing - I am currently awaiting my green card, but can work while waiting Major success with Sandy.
