Sandy Fox and his entire team are extremely effective! When I hired Sandy to represent me I was in a highly contentious divorce that had been painfully dragged out for 4 yrs and several attorneys . In less than a years time my case, that ultimately went in front of a judge, resolved. Sandy Fox shined and got me a judgment i didn’t think was even possible. Sandy recently helped me resolve an issue in my family law case. My lawyer is great but he does not do appeals so I sought out Sandy, as an appellate lawyer, for the impending appeal I was about to undertake. Sandy quickly reviewed my case & communicated with me directly & clearly about EVERYTHING. He was available and accessible. He explained my due process was violated by the court, how he would win the appeal, what I needed to do, what I should do, the cost of the appeal right up front.... He could have just taken my money for the appeal but instead worked really hard at negotiating an agreed order with opposing counsel to save me the money on the cost of appeal & all the consequences that can result from that. What lawyer actually does that?? Sandy! Sandy understood the emergency aspect of my case & took the time in the evening AND on a holiday weekend to work diligently at resolving the emergent issue at hand right away in the best possible way for both parties & the child involved. FOUR years in litigation and Sandy, together with my lawyer, mediated resolution in ONE day. He was the key that turned opposing counsel to favor me. After seeing how the system can work so much against the children involved, how he/she who wears the black robe dictate your life at their discretion disregarding the law if they so please, how crooked a Guardian Ad Litem can be if you don’t brownnose him/her.... it was truly refreshing to deal with someone who is ETHICAL and ACTUALLY cared about my child’s resolution.
