I first met Avi Tryson in 2011 through a Mortgage Lender I highly respected. My experience with Avi was great and I began to work with him on a regular basis. My business partners and I have also hired him for our own personal deals and have been extremely happy with the level of professionalism Avi always exhibits. I have worked with Vanessa, one of his paralegals who is also AMAZING! I have not had the pleasure of working with Jodi Strang, but birds of a feather flock together and judging from other reviews, I am sure she is a top notch Attorney also. I had represented sellers a couple of months ago who wanted to have the Attorney at the title company selected by the buyers prepare their closing documents as the price was low. This Attorney was very slow to e-mail back and would not return my calls at all. I persuaded them to hire Avi despite him being a little more than what they wanted to pay. When the deal closed very efficiently, they thanked me for recommending Avi and his staff and said he was worth every penny. I just closed a very difficult deal this week. There were a number of things hurdles to jump and some of the people on the other side of the deal were not at all reasonable or easy to work with. My Client had told us it was very important she close by a certain date and I was not 100% certain that would happen. The night before the closing something came up and I e-mail Avi hoping to get a response the next morning. Instead, Avi responded back within minutes and gave me an easy solution. The next day, he helped us all jump several hurdles to close as our client wanted. Avi has always gone the extra mile, but in this case, he really went way above and beyond the call of duty and totally exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Avi to anyone looking for a great real estate Attorney. I have been a full time Realtor for almost 22 years and can honestly say, he is the best I have seen in this industry. Not only is Avi highly competent and extremely knowledgeable, his work ethic is amazing and he has very even keel personality which I know allows him to excel for his clients. Thanks for your hard work Avi. I can only give you give 5 stars, but you deserve 50!

I haven't had much interaction with Jodi Strang, but I have had more than 10 years of extensive dealings with her partner, Avi Tryson. From those, I can confidently state that Avi is an outstanding real estate attorney! He is smart, efficient, complete and a great problem solver, which is critically important on the more complicated transactions he has represented us on, of which there have been many. Miami is filled with real estate attorneys and title agencies, but I can comfortably say that Avi is my favorite, and that I have complete trust and confidence in his ability to always get the job done on time.
