I came to Catherine and her team after struggling with a very difficult marital situation for years. Their dedication, professionalism, and knowledge of family law helped me get the best possible result for myself and my daughter. Unfortunately, my former husband was not happy with this result (even though it was a mediated settlement) and has taken the path of filing endless motions to undo our agreement. All of which have been successfully defended by Catherine and her team. I am incredibly grateful for the day that she accepted me as a client, and for the way that her whole team has managed my case. I am currently going through a divorce, with my soon to be ex.This has been one of the most difficult times in my life. Having Catherine represent me as my attorney and her team has made me feel confident to power through this strenuous time. She is unbeatable, honest, and an extremely meticulous family law attorney. Catherine, Brianna, Nicole, Alex, and their team have been there for me every step of the way. They always answer every question, email, and any concerns I have. She is professional and does not take any nonsense from anyone. She is so good at what she does, that my ex felt he had to get his employees and our neighbor to write fraudulent reviews. Unfortunately my ex has been making poor decisions, which included attempting at affecting my attorneys practice by writing deceptive reviews. The names of the negative reviews that he fraudulently wrote from his employees/ neighbors phones are as follows: Sarka Stastny: employee at his car dealership Fabiano tennerelli: ex housekeeper Nissim Veitzman: our next door tenant Hassan Samra: employee at his car dealership I’ve already reported these reviews as harassment. Clearly, I am still going through this unfortunate divorce proceedings with my soon to be ex. Please disregard those negative reviews as I highly recommend filler Rodriguez family law practice!

Excellent attorney. The bad reviews you see of recent are from friends of a family members husband who is getting people to write reviews for his wife (soon to be ex)’s attorney. Fake reviews include Sarka, Nissim veitzman, hassan samra, Fabiono tenerelli,

Sorry... but I would not recommend! They have no real desire to work it out peacefully between couples, so they just advise to behave in a complete fighting and unethical way so they can take your money in fees. On the other hand, most of the reviews they have all seen fake

In my line of work, for over 20 years, I constantly deal with attorneys specializing in almost all legal matters, so it's relatively easy to spot an excellent attorney from the rest. When I needed an attorney, I knew what I wanted: an experienced, ethical, straight, law-abiding, knowledgeable attorney who only practiced family law. When I went to Catherine, that's what I found and more from the initial consultation to the end. Her experience dealing with countless clients and diverse cases, combined with her knowledge of the legal system, allowed her to accurately predict the potential outcome of every possible scenario and provided me with realistic options. She and her team ensured I understood my options and their implications and procured a process that, while paying attention to details, was always cost-conscious. I generally don't recommend attorneys, but Catherine broke this rule. I now feel comfortable referring my friends and family to her, knowing they will be taken care of ethically and professionally and presented with optimal options to help them avoid costly mistakes.

- i've interacted with many lawyers, come from a family of lawyers. My interactions as a client of her's were downright shocking ! - she is very verbally abusive- not just to opposition but her own clients !!! - you'll read reviews of people saying "she's tough". Perhaps, they are sadly written by terrified, traumatized parties that like most going through a divorce - have no clue what is going on-and therefore "think," such behavior is "norm" - perhaps if Ms. Rodriguez didn't behave as though she were born on a barnyard and exhibited "class," "tact," and "professionalism," she wouldn't have to work so hard to have negative reviews removed. further, there are enough honest and ethical lawyers out there so i'd advise you to interview them ! She will drag your case on by trying to impress you with "fire and brimstone," and convince you that you need to resort to the "dirtiest tactics within the confines of the law," (these were her exact words to me) I fired her soon after.

She stood up for my children, she directed me to the right directions when I was in the wrong, she was always there to hear me even if I was just venting and did not need legal advice. Beware: this law firm has a systemic practice of dishonest, unlawful litigation. They have no problem lying in court at every opportunity given, they over litigate matters to charge your family as much as possible, and they are very bad at writing motions to the court. Their use of the English language is subpar, embarrassing, and will be sure to jeopardize any ruling they obtain in your favor due to obvious misuse of the English language.
