Ally Glaser is an excellent probate lawyer. Let me just start with that. My brother and I need a probate lawyer for a multi plot property in the Miami Shores/El Portal area of Miami Florida. We felt we had a difficult situation because our mom died very suddenly and neither our parents or our grand parents had left wills that would allow for an easy probate. We were missing needed documentation and banking details that were difficult to obtain. It made things seem daunting. Compounded by the fact that I didn’t own my own home at the time, I began the process filled with dread that I might lose money simply by navigating the process poorly. I lived outside of the state and I wanted to make sure we found someone we could trust. I was losing sleep. Thankfully, my brother did thorough research and found Ally. Once I met her, all my worries were put to rest. Not only did she work diligently to eliminate excess costs, she did it with a patience that always put me at ease. She looked for things I might have missed, that could affect or be affected by the probate process. She reminded me of papers that needed to be filled out and was always available to meet with me when I went to Miami. She always took time to explain any situations that I was concerned about. She took all the worry out of the process and let me get on with my life. Even with the problems that the pandemic caused she was able to keep the process running in the right direction. Dealing incredibly well with our individual and collective needs even under pandemic circumstances. By the end of the process I felt as if I were dealing with a friend who had helped navigate us through a very difficult time and process. I believe she would also be an excellent person to talk to, even if you are not sure you are ready to start. Always professional and never pushy. I will be very glad to use Ally’s services in the future.

Ally Glaser did excellent probate work for my brother and me! We had to have probate work done for two acres we inherited in the Miami Shores / El Portal area of Miami Florida. The property was divided into multiple lots and our grandparents and parents had not left wills or documentation to properly pass the land down through the family. We looked online for a probate attorney in the Miami or Miami Beach area and found Ally. She provided us with the best upfront information on what the process would be like and most importantly she showed she cared about our situation. Other probate lawyers talked to us like we were just another paycheck for them. Ally's rates were perfect for us and her work was thorough and superb. She patiently guided us through the probate process despite our document issues and made sure in the nicest way possible that we knew what we had to do and what she was doing to complete the work. Despite all the problems that could have arisen without wills being available, Ally was able to get the work done with a minimum of trouble even with the court delay problems the pandemic has caused. Ally is an angel in attorney form and I could not more highly recommend her to anyone looking for a probate lawyer. She cares about her clients and she cares about doing a perfect job.
