I have known Jason for many years as a friend and colleague and recently had the opportunity to hire him personally to organize a holding company. Jason's attention to detail, timeliness, and guidance throughout the project were superb. I would highly recommend Jason for all of your legal needs.

The truth is that the Miami legal market is absolutely saturated with lawyers and legal experts specializing in all types of law. Large firms are often out of reach from a financial perspective and small firms often lack experience, which makes the client's ability to trust in the attorney most difficult. That is not the case with Mr. Blilie. Jason is the type of lawyer that will ensure an effective flow of communications, will make himself readily available as per the client's needs, and always has a most cordial, respectful, honest, and engaging disposition. I am particularly pleased by his abilities of taking "legalese" and putting it in terms that is understandable by those of us with other backgrounds. Jason not only ensure that things are thoroughly understood, he will go above and beyond to conduct extensive due diligence including case law and other legal precedent to ensure his advise is as accurate and valuable as possible. Most importantly, Jason is not only a remarkable professional, but he is an outstanding individual who brings his passion for law and implements it in a way that undoubtedly adds value to his client.
