Changed my first review from 3 to a 5 because the firm came through and in the middle of the Pandemia. At the beginning nobody was taking care and my car wasnt fix more than a month after the accident. But after my case was change to someone else Everything was different. After that notification my car was fix almost immediately. The attention, the calls and all the positive vibes were extremely good. Very Professional. Im most thankful to Cindy who was the person I talked to a lot during the Pandemia that I got surgery, she was very sweet and attentive towards my health and my kids, She also, help me with a loan to pay rent cause I lost my job due to Covid. Also, Emily who explained the end of the process. Everything went as smooth as it could. Thank you so much. I fallow Jany Martinez Ward on IG and I cant tell how amazing and hard worker she is. Very greatful I got her and her team to help me with my case. Definitely recommend!!
