El 23 de diciembre del 2018, una persona me choco por detrás y cambio mi vida para siempre... los daños del carro se veían inofensivos... En la escena del accidente (era de noche) , llame al 911 y a la Oficina de Jany Martinez Ward, me atendió en esa oportunidad Javier quien diligentemente en encargó de Direccionar mi caso con el investigador Jonathan, quien se abocó a llevarme a la calma y organizar todo mi reclamo. Al día siguiente en la mañana mi case manager Francis me dio una llamada y se encargó EFICIENTEMENTE de TODOS los daños de mi vehículo, verificar mis lesiones, doctores, seguro, y preparó todo para que el Departamento Vip estuviera a cargo de la parte más dolorosa para mí y donde la EFECTIVIDAD y GRANDEZA de esta firma estuvo de mi mano y a la vanguardia... 3 operaciones de columna, inyecciones, terapia física, APRENdER a caminar- acostarme-sentarme-bañarme-peinarme etc Cindy, Lucy y Amalia fueron ese apoyo INCONDICIONAL, PROFESIONAL, HUMANO! Very professional and attentive. In the beginning of my case, the first person assigned wasn’t communicative in what was going with my case and I had to call in order to be informed. However, as soon as I spoke with the manager about that issue he resolved my issue by changing the person assigned to my case and ever since it has been a smooth ride.
