Made an already stressful situation worse. At first, they seemed very professional and willing to work with you which was appreciated. After a yr. of being consistent with payments(thousands of dollars) but due to an unforeseen situation could not continue (been honest since day one). They made mistakes on more than one occasion, I continued with them being hopeful. I am in disbelief at this situation. All I can say is they are somewhat good when money comes in but if life happens to you during the process (job loss, health, death, etc.) which we have no control over, you will see a side of them that is HORRIBLE....Ms.Young the paralegal was the only professional. I am traumatized by the behavior from this firm. Save yourself the stress,money and sanity ,do your self a favor and find another law firm with people. There were much more negative situations that happened that I haven't added in this review. I've never seen a business run so negatively always changing employees and no one is on the same page, every person says different things then the client gets punished. I had to revise my pervious review and tell the truth and save others as mentioned they ACT like genuine people but are not . Be mindful of being transparent with them because you will be gossiped about in office. You need a lawyer that is caring and understanding when going through these hard times ..... this office is not good for that. Extremely saddened that it turned out this way. Last yr I recommend someone to them staying positive and having faith but I repeat they do not run this business properly in my situation. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SANITY ,HEALTH and Money but if you decide to take them make sure everything is written and recorded because there's no organization and everyone says different and charges pop up out of no where. Never in life experience such thing but I have faith 🙏 (Red flags were there in the beginning but I gave them the benefit of the doubt ; I try to find the goodness in people/situations but it backfired hopefully ,I help someone)
