He is straight to the point, but do not fail to respond our doubts and prepare us to decide how we want to have our case handled.

I wanted to say that Mr. Matheny was the best decision i made. My case took over 5 years to resolve. He would always update me and let me know what was going on, even through Covid. He explained everything and was very detailed. I am totally satisfied with my out come of my case. I totally recommend him.

No words can describe, except exuberant, is how we feel. Having obtained council by way of Eric M. Matheny. Our Tribal Native's rights were infringed upon while traveling in Dade-County Miami. Misdemeanor Charges were not only "falsified", but Tribal Property was stolen. Eric, went way above and beyond, in our personal opinions.
