Considering the sour taste left in my mouth from the experience I had prior to Mr. Matheny, where I was ultimately given vague legal counsel, none lackadaisical engagement, and comical responses such as "That's the best you'll get". Mr. Matheny was a breath of fresh air as the expectation set out from our initial conversation throughout until the final ruling was nothing short of astute and result oriented with the consumer in mind.

I am very picky when it comes to who I do business with... especially if it involves legal matters, etc. I messaged a few different Law Offices on a Saturday night... expecting a contact back maybe from a couple on Monday. Nope! Mr. Matheny texted me back at around 9:30 PM ***on a weekend in late December, no less*** (In case you want to know who he is and how he operates, that's a good clue.) From there, he was respectful and professional in his outlining instructions of how we were going to proceed and it was a breath of fresh air! 5 stars is not enough.... he is a true asset to his profession and I hope he is around for a long time in case we need to work together again!!! I will surely consult with him first. 10/10 thank you again Eric you are a master at your craft!

Eric was and has been an absolute godsend. I was being tried for a bar fight case and he helped me every step of the way. He helped find all of the files and evidence needed. He helped me get a deal and I was so worried about court and He was communicating with me consistently and answered all of my text messages, emails, and phone calls. I felt like I was texting a friend who was looking out for my best interest. I would recommend him to 100%.

I contacted Eric concerning an Expungement several other attorneys said was not possible - or did not want to take. I can only assume they did not know the law as well as Eric Matheny. Eric heard my case and within minutes knew it was possible, and what I needed to do. There is no doubt Eric knows Florida law well. Throughout the process, Eric was extremely professional. He communicated clearly and often. I always knew where my case stood during the stages of this process. In the end, the case was expunged. I highly recommend Eric Matheny for any expungement case in the state of Florida.
