I have worked with Nelson Pena for almost 20 years. I have seen his work ethic and his relentless drive to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. You could not find a better personal injury attorney in Miami Lakes, Hialeah, or the rest of South Florida. He handles all types of car accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, and negligence cases. I have referred many a case to Nelson Pena, and not once, has a client been unsatisfied. Nelson Pena is one of the few attorneys that have the jury trial experience to bring complicated cases to trial, and the insurance companies know it. Whenever a client walks in my office with a catastrophic injury, or a wrongful death case, I know that their next visit must be to Nelson Pena's office. I highly recommend him !
