Let me begin by saying that my husband and I didn’t really think we needed a will drawn up, however, the time had come for us to do so. We had avoided this “chore” because quite frankly it meant that we were getting old and who wants to admit that. Who really wants to think about what to do with our property and all that other stuff when we were gone. We didn’t, but we knew it needed to be done so we went to see Bridget Graham at Beau Powell Law Firm to begin the process. As much as I was dreading this process, Bridget made it so easy. She listened to what we wanted to do, answered all our questions and came up with some very good suggestions. While the writing of your will may seem easy, getting it right is difficult and Bridget exceeded our expectations.
