They are really not helpful and a waste of time. I have called 4 times and they have refused to help. Even when I'm looking for information they do not help.

NOT IMPRESSED EVERY TIME I HAVE CALLED THEM SINCE 2007 "WE CANNOT HELP YOU" IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE PEOPLE MY CASE WAS NOT VERY BIG 20,000 MY NEICE DIED IN HEAD ON COLLISON, MINNESOTA LIFE WILL NOT PAY. THIS THE 2ND DTR MY SISTER HAS 60 BURIED. MAYBE WITH TRAUMATIC DEATH MIGHT DOUBLE BUT NOT ENOUGH MONEY FOR THEM. MY SISTER MAKES 7/PER HOUR AT 60Y/O IN MISSISSIPI. CANNOT GET MN LIFE TO PAY, THEY KEEP PROMISING. OWES 10.000 IN BURIAL FEES. THE ARE NOT FOR THE PEOPLE I HAD HEAD COLLISON WITH CAR VS MOTORCYCLE, NOT MY FAULT, SHERIFF WITNESSED THE WHOLE THING. TRAUMATIC THORASIC AORTIC ANEURY, NEVER HELPED ME AT ALL NOT ENOUGH MONEY,Y OPINION. NOT FOR THE PEOPLE, FOR THEIR POCKET BOOK. HAVE A FEW OTHERS THAT I CALLED THEM FOR BUT, TIME TO GET OUT THE DUCK TAPE, THEY ARE HUGE THEY COULD SUE ME.... AFTER ALL THEY ADVERTISE OVER WHAT 400 ATTORNEY'S AND NOT ONE OF THEM DUE LIFE INSURANCE???? THINK BEFORE YOU CALL

Was happy with my results. A little more communication would have been nice but overall I'm satisfied.

I looked up law firms in Naples and decided to give Morgan and Morgan a call because of what appeared to be a good rating.....BIG MISTAKE, I was put through to a call center and was greeted by a woman who was clearly reading from a script, I was asked an obviously pre determined series of questions and then told once I had more specific dates we could move to the next step, I'm waiting on some documentation as I had informed this robotic woman and surprise folks!!!! I got a phone call today from another scripted woman telling me "the attorneys reviewed the case" and would not be taking it, she would not tell me the names of these "attorneys" and was not able to cite the policy that attorneys names could not be given to me, this a a commercial set up, don't waste your time with this has been name, his first big case was his brother's Disney case and it seems that old Morgan has forgotten there are still regular people out here, I will win this case with another firm, a local firm, not some giant call center corporation, bottom line is THIS IS THE MCDONALD'S OF LAW FIRMS

Me and my little Maltese dog were attacked by an American Pit Bull, my dog died the same and I was a week in the hospital and almost died myself. Morgan & Morgan took the case but the communication after the exclusivity signup was terrible, no answer of emails, no answer on voice messages. They took 2 month just to find out if the owners of the Pit Bull has insurance that covers the incident and once they found out they do not, they just dropped the case. They only take the easy money, I am left with $27,000 of hospital bills - find another lawyer, these guys are a total a waste of time.

Beware! They lie about unpaid medical bills so that they can steal your money and pocket it themselves. Always request PIP payment log from insurance company and don't go by their word. Too many discrepancies! "Lile'' was the account manager, she was rude and condescending. Follow up skills are non existent. They only follow up when it is convenient for them to do so. Too many firms in town don't waste your time with this one!

I wish I could give zero stars... Their staff is abrupt, unfriendly, and impervious to your actual needs. They only help you if you have a lot of money. For the people? Only certain people, apparently.

Morgan and Morgan did not represent me, I was the wrong party and I contacted the Attorney's office who wrote me the letter and offered proof I was the wrong person. I was called a liar (twice) hung up on sued, had to hire an Attorney to defend me. Three separate "Judge" type people dismissed the case against me. Just as I said I didn't nothing wrong, I'm not party to this issue at all. $7100.00 later I wrote to Mr. Morgan to tell him about the experience and since I was proven right and Morgan and Morgan lost, to ask him to make it right and pay my Attorney's fees given that I said I don't belong here, and the Court system agreed. He didn't even respond to the 2 emails I sent him and I have read receipts. I admired Mr. Morgan, now, not so sure I can believe any of the ad's on TV...

my fiancé has had an ongoing case for 4 years now, they have switched up the lawyers multiple times now. we have emailed, called, texted and never get a response from anyone. never get any updates on what’s going on with the case.

Had a bad injury and was told I had a great case and they wanted it. I did the paperwork, but after they found out it was Amalie Meadows Apartments, they dropped it and advised me to sue the complex myself. It is not what it used to be who represented the handicapped they are abused but more of who puts the most money in their pockets.

Bigger is not better! They lost my “intake” when they called the wrong person, even though I called back multiple times. I was aware of the mistake and tried to make sure they knew who I was. How can you loose me if I gave you my date of birth social and phone number? A name can get confused, but what about everything else? When the attorney finally called me they said they called me and I didn’t want to pursue they cast (this was the wrong person) too much time passed by and they lost proof.
