Ian and Taylor were fantastic!! They helped me deal with my very difficult and spiteful ex husband on enforcing an court order that my divorce lawyer neglected to do. They were timely, compassionate, honest and they went above and beyond their job!! They were true Angel's and really helped me in my time of need and didn't take advantage like some lawyers do. I'm so thankful for them for what they did for me!! I would highly recommend them to friends and family and I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat if I ever need their services! Awesome people!!!

I first worked with Ian through my business for various issues and he also filed my BP Claim for my business. He was quick, efficient and always kept me in the loop in a timely manner. Ian will not take on a case that he feels one of his colleagues is more specialized in. In one instance he referred me to another attorney at his firm that specialized in the very specific matter. I appreciated the referral and knowing that Ian made the referral I felt confident.

I called his office to see if I needed to retain his services for a Landlord/Tenent dispute. He took the time to speak to me on the phone, answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally, and actually stated that I could probably handle it myself. You don't really see that kind of honesty these days when there is money to be made.

I used Mr Holmes in a business litigation case where another party tried to claim partial ownership of my business. Over the years I have used several different lawyers who all tend to just go through the motions, aren't aggressive and are happy to drag the case along so they can continue to unnecessarily bill the client. Worse than that, most lawyers have no business experience nor have the street smarts to fully comprehend what was actually taking place. The first thing I noticed about Ian is he is very competitive. He clearly doesn't like to lose but also doesn't get emotional about the case-very level headed. Secondly, he thinks outside the box which Ive never experienced with an attorney. He was very creative with our strategy that left the opposing counsel very confused. It was very refreshing to me that not only was he well versed on the Florida business statutes, but he actually understands business and I can't overstate how important that was to me. The last thing a prospective client of Ian should know is how transparent he is when it comes to expected fees. He really did everything in his power to minimize not only my legal bill but the length of the case. Highly recommended to anyone with business issues.
