Conrad Willkomm PA have handled several successful real estate transactions for me. The entire staff from the ground up is such a pleasure to work with. Excellent timely communication with every aspect of the transactions throughout the entire process (several so called title companies need to be educated on the importance of communication). Highly knowledgeable and recommended firm for all real state transaction and related legal advice. And importantly, they have published rate that is very low compare to several other law firms who change rates based on customer.

We were not impressed. The young female attorney was impersonal, was not flexible as to our thoughts and appeared to be following scripted advice. Not what we expected. Also the meeting room was uncomfortable and the furniture was scratched up.
